I'm in charge of spearheading map design, game design, and employment for everything gameplay related at Airsoft Texas 10.We have 4 different maps, most of which I've overhauled to improve the flow, gameplay potential, and number of players it can comfortably run.I've nearly tripled the number of game modes the field runs, utilizing new map designs and layouts to insure that each mode also contains multiple layouts to run on, further increasing diversity.I've interviewed and hired many different employees and currently have a team of 6 under my wing. Alongside hiring, I train and educate the employees to meet the standards I've developed for the field. And finally, I manage the schedules and inform my boss of worked hours to control payout.

Working with a passionate team planning and executing design for multiple multiplayer elements in Arma 3: SOG Prairie Fire.Responsibilities involve game design consisting of asymmetrical multiplayer design and emergent gameplay.Additional responsibilities include minor user interface, player experience, and level design.
