• Supply secure services to almost 100 charity support services, maintaining a 98% uptime throughout our infrastructure.
• Responsible for PCI DSS compliance which includes all procedure and policy management.
• Dealing with all in-house IT enquires and external customers requirements via an online ticketing system.
• Set up of a new SharePoint 2013 intranet and deploying a new Exchange 2016 server and migrating user and clients with zero impact to uptime along with GDRP and ISO 27001.

Sole and only point of contact for IT systems and support throughout the company. Responsible for development and support of all company IT systems, management of the IT budget of 500k, real-time support for over 250 PC users and three aluminium presses and 10 electronic CNC 1Million machines, 70 Remote laptops and 90 Mobile Android devices across two UK.

Clevedon

Ace Computers was my own self-started business. Main activities included taking customer calls, booking appointments and arranging site visits to resolve any known issues onsite. I also arranged warranty calls for PC World, Comet and Curry's. I worked with local schools and businesses, building up a customer base of over 3000 personal customers and 30.

Responsible for the day-to-day running of the building. These duties included; locating and fixing computer problems and building plant systems including air-conditioning, office moves which included power and infrastructure, day to day running of a CAT 5 network and over 350 Customers on Mac & PC System, running the building planned maintenance system.
