As Business Analyst II, I manage a team of content policy specialists and business analyst consist of 5 members handling different collection methodology of financial data from different markets(countries). I provide weekly/monthly inquiry statistics raised to our team (Methodology team). The inquiry report focuses on the interpretation gathered on the weekly basis. I am responsible in tracking market-specific guideline documentation created by the content policy specialists and business analysts. I provide documentation that will serve as the manual of the team which will contain all processes, tasks, career progression, performance appraisal system, etc. I facilitate the creation of the additional reading for the stakeholders released on a quarterly basis. I generate inquiries to be discussed on a weekly basis with the whole team for possible refinement in our document repository. I coordinate with managers of operation, training and quality team in relation to collection methodology concerns. I conduct meeting with our Hyderabad counterpart regarding methodology or managerial concerns.
