➊ Engineered an IoT ecosystem for digital signage systems, using Raspberry (RaspOS), Python, PHP/MySQL, and Shell, along with RemoteIoT and TeamViewer APIs for remote support. The system autonomously transforms an ordinary RaspOS into a dual-screen signage system, manages system resources, and system health, and handles interruptions. The CodeIgniter-based backend allows admins to monitor devices through screenshots and logs, curate and update content displayed on screens, auto-upgrade device versions, and organize devices and restaurants within the network. Also developed a build server that allows generating different player artifacts on demand. ➋ Crafted a declarative WP-based MVC-like micro-framework, enriched with essential design patterns. Harnessing WP innate pub-sub event-driven architecture. Primarily designed as a robust boilerplate for a WP-based LMS, this micro-framework excels in the development of API-centric, large-scale systems within the WP ecosystem using its extensibility, to build adaptable and scalable solutions. The framework is extendible with libraries, helpers, models, configurations, migrations, seeding, and reusable UI widgets. It also supports third-party non-WP themes, based on Bootstrap, Material UI, etc; to function as a standalone sub-admin interface, providing end-users with a non-WP user experience

➊ Engineered a network of property search engines tailored for Real Estate companies, using Real Estate Transaction Standard (RETS) technology. The system establishes connects with diverse MLS Servers, each adhering to distinct RETS schemas and data structures across various counties in USA. I spearheaded the development of a Wrapper System, powered by WP and PHRETS, unifying disparate MLS standards and harmonizing them into a custom consistent local standard. This innovation empowers connected Real Estate clients, granting them effortless access to property listings displayed in a consistent, localized format, ultimately enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the real estate experience.➋ Engineered a tailor-made SaaS platform to power a document signing system using a selfmade PHP Framework for clients, including lenders, banks, mortgage companies, real estate agents, escrow firms, and title companies. This system allows the notarization of documents by mobile notaries across USA. Administrators manage and orchestrate an network of 1000s of mobile notaries, create and manage notarization jobs, leveraging a proprietary algorithm that intelligently matches notaries based on geographic, demographic, and professional criteria, ensuring precise and timely job assignments.➌ Developed an e-commerce platform for Pakistan's earliest online shopping leader, leveraging OpenCart. Further expanded by developing multiple sub-systems, including Inventory, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Dispatch, Purchase and Procurement, Sales, Call Center Operations, Customer Support, and Returns Management Systems. To enhance performance and scalability, I transformed the monolithic system into a distributed architecture, segregating the frontend and sales components across multiple servers through a synchronization system using web services. Additionally, I ensured high availability on the public front by engineering a custom full-page caching for optimized performance.
