I received my MSc and Ph.D. degrees in Theoretical Physics from University of Bologna (Italy) in 2007 and 2011, respectively. After slightly more than three years of post-doctoral research in Computational Condensed Matter Physics (ESRF, 2011-2013; CEA–Grenoble, 2014-2015), in October 2015 I enrolled in a 1-year continuing education program in Computer Science & ICT at INSA-Lyon. I received my diploma from INSA–Lyon in October 2016, after a 6-month internship at Métropole de Lyon during which I have been working on the design and prototyping of an Hadoop-based Big Data platform. From November 2016 to March 2020, I have been working at the Métropole de Lyon as Data Scientist and Product Owner of the data.grandlyon.com platform. My main project concerned the design and development of the data.grandlyon.com web portal. Since April 2020 I work at the État de Genève as Data Scientist. My main areas of interest cover the following topics: Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Semantic Web & Linked Data, Software Development / Engineering / Architecture, DevOps, Open Source, Open Data.
