    I was brought in to work in Sydney with BHP Billiton’s IT transformation project. My team was responsible for implementing the new public facing website for BHP Billiton. I was later extended on the project as the lead developer for a change request on the project in migrating the existing content into the new website. Technologies used; Websphere Application Server, IBM WCM, Java Spring, Java Structs.Responsibilities:• Design and implement change request for BHP. Lead developer on CR for migrating existing content from website into new website. Implemented a solution to perform XSL transforms on the existing site to migrate into the new design. • Developed a number of components for the frontend of the application. Eg. Custom Media gallery (with pagination, and a Json datafeed). • Reviewing code quality and improving infrastructure security. Provided technical feedback and design considerations.• Deploy new build into staging and production, update release notes and notify team of new build, develop the build process, crit-sit defect resolution.

I helped monitor project deliverables, deploy change requests, managed change requests and managed teams in New Zealand to setup the Kiosks. Responsibilities:• Manage change requests. Liaise with client to discuss requirements between IBM development teams and Jetstar.• Creating the material and procedures for training up the deployment teams• Deploy new test build into the test environment.• Conducted training of internal IBM deployment teams on setting up the Kiosks• Manage and co-ordinate deployment teams to deliverables were met, and installations are done correctly.
