Lead the open-data initiative and the open data portal Data.pr.gov. Evangelized opening data to Governmental entities, resulting in the liberation of GPS data for a municipal bus system. Delivered presentations to University of PR, Police Dept. and to a group of regional economic experts at the Dept. of State. Shepherded from RFP through awarding the bid, a technological project for the Dept. of Transportation that was funded in part by a federal grant. Developed code for the Police's background check high-availability application including dev-ops using ansible, internal testing and code for the validation of the certificate. For the TechSummit in 2015 co-organized the Hackathon at the event and coordinated for their presentations at the end of the summit.

Developed a Full-Stack Rails 4 application for the separate accounting of outstanding debts originating from bounced checks on a Java/Tomcat stack. Assisted in removing the EQB from EPA's high-risk designation which the EQB had had for over ten years. Coordinated a Disaster Recovery plan (for payroll data) to meet the EPA's requirement and presented this plan to the EPA's inspectors. Guided the revamping of the Environmental complains system from inception through the creation of an RFP, bidding, awarding, implementation and delivery. By harvesting existing frameworks and preventing scope creep the application was completed at almost half of the previous failed attempt at revamping the system. Delivered a special analysis with review of literature regarding waste-incineration as an energy source. Worked and assisted in other areas of the board's domain including creating two Earth Day posters.

Grew the Asset (Incoming) QC Department from three to five individuals. Oversaw the Asset QC Department. Supervised the work of a four person team. Responsible for the Quality Assurance of all graphical elements for DVDs, including meeting spec requirements for different clients, DVD-spec compliant and video errors. Trained Junior Staff. Created automation scripts to reduce errors in creation of repetitive international graphical assets. Managed the five different client managers (Fox, Disney, Paramount, Warner, etc.) that the Dept. fed to maintain all their projects on schedule and the client content.

Ran the set, in a quick and efficient manner. Made sure the director got all the shots for the day, and ended the day on a happy positive note.

Did all on-set photography and including doing photos that could be used as the poster. One of my photos composed part of the poster for the movie.
