I am a strategic enrollment leader with over a decade of experience in higher education, currently serving as Senior Director of Graduate and Professional Enrollment at Clark University. I lead a team managing a 45+ program portfolio, overseeing the recruitment and conversion of over 15,000 applications annually. My expertise includes leveraging data-driven strategies, CRM leadership, and system integrations to drive continuous growth, evidenced by a 100%+ increase in applications during my tenure.My academic research, culminating in a Ph.D. in Leadership in Education, focuses on identifying and mitigating bias within holistic master's admission processes. This commitment to equity drives my work in creating inclusive and effective admission practices.In May 2024, I was elected President of the New England Association of Graduate Enrollment Management (NEGAP).
