Hi there! 👋🏼Since 2017, I've been diving into the world of psychology and later, organizational psychology. I completed a European Master’s/WOP-P, where I had the chance to do exchange programs in Barcelona and Valencia. Super enriching! Early on, I realized how much people, culture, and the work environment impact an organization’s success—and the fascinating influence that an intercultural atmosphere can bring. Always eager to explore new cultures, step out of my comfort zone, and improve my business English skills, I decided to take on an adventure with Education First, landing in Singapore (Asia). I lived with a local family, quickly embracing their roots (to say it opened my mind is an understatement!).Later on, when I was ready to step into the working world, I gained experience at Critical Software and Bosch, where I learned and grew as a professional. I handled topics like recruitment and selection, active sourcing, diversity and inclusion, organizational culture, and employee well-being.
