Zonal Technical Manager- As ZTM mapped with a Sales Zone, KRA maintained as following-a) NETWORK AVAILABILITY: Ensure Up-Time benchmark for the zone. Doing this, follow up with Infra Providers, Transmission Provider & Equipment Provider on regular basis on prevailing issues and take corrective action.b) RF KPI BENCHMARK: Ensure Network KPI Benchmarks to be maintained as per Zonal SLA. Doing this, regular analysis of various KPI Reports on RF parameters, Conduct Drive test and take corrective action to resolve the issue. c) NETWORK AUGMENTATION: Conduct Network Enhancement Plans along with Zonal Sales Team which includes Capacity Expansion of BSS Elements like TRX Addition, and CABEX, Planning for Capacity & Infill Sites and Plan for New Town Sites.d) OPEX MANAGEMENT: Plan for OPEX Control elements for the zone like Fuel Catalyst, Fan Control Units, DC-DC Convertors, Non EB to EB Conversion and DG Running Consumption.e) BUSINESS ISSUE RESOLUTION: Resolution of business issues like problem during activation, re-charge, Distributor Management Portal problem. Rectification of Hand Held Device (HHD) problem which is being used by Sales Team.

Cluster Manager-Deployment, KRA are as following-a) To ensure the roll out for New Build as well as Sharing Sites for Multiple Service Providers. Monthly new site roll out 40-50 and sharing site roll out 55-70 in the given zone.b) Material Planning and to ensure timely delivery of materials in co-ordination with SCM Team.c) Manage Site Conflicts during or, after the site development and form a bridge between other departments like Acquisition, Legal and O&M for the resolution.d) Manage TSP (Turnkey Service Provider) and PMC (Project Management Consultant) team and provide Technical & Operational guidelines and guidance for the entire activity to ensure timely delivery of the project.e) Project Cost Analysis as required and Vendor Evaluation Management in a periodical basis.

a) To ensure the roll outs through co-ordination with Cluster In-Charges, Site Engineers, and Vendors.b) Single point of Contact between Corporate and Regional Teams in-terms-of MIS Activities correlating other departments.c) Assist Circle Operation Head and Project Manager in site activities, representation and customer interfacing.d) CAPEX Budgeting on monthly basis and Report Preparation. Certification & Clearance of Invoices related to Project through PO processing, Invoice Evaluation and, Payment Schedule.e) Manage & Guide documentation team for various activities like Audit, Due-diligence and AT.

a) To manage a zone comprised of Five Most Important Districts of West Bengal.b) To ensure Monthly Target Delivery of Site development which starts from Site survey [Validation of acquired site, Layout Planning] till the RFS.c) To ensure quality of the Projects.d) BTS Commissioning and Integration and Conduct TI AT. Completion of O&M Handover.e) Human Resource Management of Team size comprised of 11 engineers.f) Vendor Management and vendor evaluation.
