Expert at preparing structural and fabrication drawings for steel structures. experienced at preparing more than 50000 tonnes of steel structures. Revised construction methodology from field fabrication to shop fabrication and optimized plant layouts to significantly improve the quality of construction and squeeze the overall schedule of the projects. Prepared cost estimates and contract documents for various LSTK contracts which includes contract for cross country pipe conveyor system for North Karanpura thermal Power Project, Jharkhand. Coordinated with various stakeholders that include the project sites, cross functional departments, vendors, contractors and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth execution of projects.Did the structural design of a centralized workshop building , first of its kind in NTPC , which shall accommodate machinery to repair turbines and generators installed at various NTPC projects. Reviewed vendor prepared scope and fabrication drawings for deep underground concrete structures and high rise steel structures to ensure good engineering practices and compliance with NTPC standards.
