- Audit SOPs on shop floor to ensure adequacy- Follow up on improvement actions based on findings from Roving audits, dock audits, in suggestions for improvements.- Support inspection activities for special projects and when required.- Support launching containment activities at all pipe line locations (Kromet, in transit and at customer sites) to ensure proper containment.- Develop & maintain Quality Alerts and follow up on proper implementation on shop floor.- Support QA team to generate necessary charts / queries on statistics of non-conforming product incidents (internal and external)- Validate In-process Inspection Sheets based on respective Control Plans for existing and new programs- Participate in the development of the PFMEA- Administer and maintain audit plans and results for roving audits, dock audits, inprocess audits & final audits- Support activities of non-conforming reports (internal and external) - quality alerts,CARs, 8D's and other documentation required from the customers- Support activities for APQP / PPAP from Quality perspective- Perform other activities as required
