Enterprise It Project ManagerAllegion Jan 2023 - May 2023Dublin 2, Dublin, Ie● Contracted for Multi-year Merger-Acquisition effort. ● I was assigned FSM (Field Service Management), HR/IT (Workday, KRONOS, AP/AR, etc)● Later, I was assigned ALL Non-ERP applications, including: Prod Services, Web Services, API’s, Operations, Q/A, etc). Essentially, everything except SAP with exception to the SAP/HANA R3/R4 applications I was previously assigned to. ● Managed training for SBD onboarding employees. This was a steep path, though I developed a matrix for Allegion and worked with the training team and built a schedule to align the training with the new replan schedule. ● I was able to determine that there were critical items overlooked/incorrectly planned in the Discovery & Planning Phases of the Systems Consolidation/Migration effort – prior to my start date. This initially resulted in a review and replan/rescope of an integral piece of work. ● This ended up in an entire M&A review and replan/rescope of the entire System Consolidation/M&A Discovery and Planning effort which resulted in the company moving in an entirely different direction from what was initially planned. I was heavily involved in the entire replan for SAP HANA R3/R4 to MSD BC/CSM/FS/F&O, etc. I was credited for my technical skills and initial work after arriving and leading to the eventual entire replan effort, which would not have been identified or not until much later, had I not arrived when I did. ● The replan did determine that the M&A work could be completed internally. -

It Manager - Fraud Application Dev/SupportVerizon Wireless Aug 2003 - Apr 2005Basking Ridge, Nj, UsMoved back to Atlanta from Dublin, OH in order to take over Fraud Mgmt. Team.Responsible for moving application from older, outdated methodology to newer, Fraud technology, HW and also moving several Fraud Centers within VzW. Responsible for supporting the Business to capture the business needs/Requirements/Enhancements, Application Development, Design, Testing, Deployment and Prod Support. I was responsible for entire budget and two development teams - one in Atlanta and one in Bedminster, NJ. Also, gained responsibility for OnStar Fraud after I returned. Due to very good working relationship with OnStar Team, they specifically requested me, so I worked with OnStar in Troy and NC to set up, train staff at and eventually roll off their Mgmt of their own Fraud alarms to them over time. I was the named CAM (Client Account Manager) for each Fraud client as VzW rolled off Fraud Mgmt to each Client. I managed the rolloff of BMW, Volvo, EarthLink, John Deere, etc. I was also given an award for the first data fraud pilot project. I saw Data Fraud, though we weren't sure how to capitalize on the losses. We began collecting and collating data during my tenure. I was also given an award for the MarsBars project. It was to be a 1+yr project, with a $1.2M budget and I delivered it within 3 weeks at $0 cost. -
Sr. It Project Manager - Lead Ssme Level 1 Data Center'SVerizon Wireless Aug 2002 - Aug 2003Basking Ridge, Nj, UsI was asked to move to Dublin, OH in order to be the Sr. IT Project Mgr/ Lead Data Center SSME for Level 1 Data Center's. This was a high honor for me. It was due to my service/delivery excellence in moving OnStar and it's failover systems successfully. My budget was inaccurate at $7.6M. The estimate was short and also did not include SoftCap or training. However, due to my savvy negotiation skills, I was able to complete the project on time and $27k under budget. I also successfully managed 169 other projects that year. -
Sr It Technical Project Manager - System ConsolidationVerizon Wireless Aug 2000 - Aug 2001Successfully relocated OnStar within an extremely tight (90 day), aggressive timeline and inaccurate budget $7.6M (needed $10.2M). Successfully negotiated with Vendor partners to absorb the HardCap/SoftCap & training deficits and was able to provide more than $27k back to IT budget to fund additional work. Migrated GTE IT Network monitoring functions from GTEDS to the VzW Bedminster (former PrimeCo) NOCC. I was responsible to be knowledgeable for all VzW 466 applications, systems, their architecture, network set-up (IT & cellular CDMA, GSM, 2G, etc, network protocol, hops, all HW & SW Vendors, Contracts and familiar with Professional Service contacts and what they contain and are required to provide. Liaison to Vendors for IT Org. Successfully migrated the GTEDS HDAS Help Desk functionality to Bedminster (former PrimeCo) Help Desk. This was very challenging due to the fact that the Bedminster HD was only staffed M-F, 8-5 and utilized Lotus Notes and GTE, GTEDS, GTE Gov't Svcs, etc had 24x7x365 support with HDAS smart script technology. The Bedminster HD was, at first, unwilling to consider a global/national solution rather than their regional (current) solution. I was able to negotiate for a successful solution. GTE lost some functionality, though it was built back in within 12 months. I was able to effectively communicate and set expectations throughout.

I also supported the CFC, FL, CA and Nashville Call Centers for GTE Wireless. I was responsible to lead the Y2K effort for all applications, call centers, networks and determine RCA. I was the 1st POC for all issues at GTE/GTEDS Premium support. I was responsible for all system/network impacting issues: including notification, escalation, issue mgmt/resolution, RCA (root cause analysis), lessons learned, analysis, issue tracking/enhancement requests and training.Begam my OnStar affiliation at this time as I was 'on call' when OnStar went into production and GTEW was out-of-service due to throughput of OnStar requirements and gap in notification of Premium Support by GTEW Leadership.
-
Senior System AdministratorGte Wireless May 1998 - May 1999Invited to move to Atlanta from Cincinnati, OH due to Virtuoso II issues and my technical expertise with it. Virtuoso II was a partnership between Alltel, Qualcomm, Sony and GTEW to build a CDMA billing platform together and phones. It didn't go well. I was asked to move to ATL and to take over the performance issue backlog with over 4000+ performance issues. I was also very familiar with the GUI as it has been piloted in Cincinnati, OH in 1997 and Seattle, shortly thereafter. I performed the first 'live' CDMA activation in the Tri-County store, which was over 4 hours, due to daemons within the network.
-
Retail AdministratorGte Wireless Dec 1996 - May 1998I began with GTEW as a Retail Sales Assoc, and was promoted within 2 weeks to Assistant Store Manager due to high sales, ethics and honesty and again within 2 months to Retail Administrator. I have a technical background and was able to help train employees, troubleshoot, work with technical staff in Atlanta and also to track and resolve persistent issues. I am also talented in reporting and creating KPI and Leadership reporting, so the Retail GM asked me to move to his staff from a store position and to work with him to help grow the Cincinnati Area CDMA region. Cincinnati was the first CDMA market for GTEW in the country and, then Seattle. I'm very proud of the work I was able to do here and I am still friends with many customers and co-workers from both Cincinnati and Atlanta.
