Configured, tested and debugged fault tolerant servers with Hyper-V role and Failover Clustering features enabled. Ran overnight tests to analyze and measure performance under heavy memory, disk, and network stress. Servers were configured to support more than 30 Virtual Machines on system disks, data disks and external storages with different network configurations.Modified supporting NDIS driver for 1G/10G Ethernet Adapters and intermediate failover driver for W2K8 R2 server platform.

Effectively convened laptop class sessions by stressing on key theoretical concepts. Worked out the solution key with high accuracy, discussed commonly made mistakes and guided students accordingly. Effectively communicated with the professor and built good relationship with other instructors in the department and assisted them in their courses.
