The Service Manager is responsible for the leadership and development strategies of our key support services, Remote Operations Center, Techification and Centralized services, for each of Techify’s clients. The Service manager leverages team members to consistently follow process, review and align client standards against industry-proven best practices, while managing the Centralized Services process to ensure proper systems maintenance and functionality. The goal is the reduction of ticket numbers leading to quick response times from our helpdesk for our clients.
