Responsibilities:• Implementation of all kinds of digital communication channels for Audi on the Greek market : brand portal, digital media, mobile apps, social media• Administration of www.audi.gr and products’ microsites using AUDI CMS interface (renew content, translation, picture editing)• Administration of customers’ requests/complaints through CRM involving Audi Sales & Marketing Departments• Development & implementation of social media strategy for Audi in Greece, together with digital communication agency• Measure and report performance of all media campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs)• Collaboration with above and below the line agencies• Newsletter design and implementation• Continuous monitoring of available worldwide materials• Recommendations of how to improve the customer experience across all customers touch points and all sales and marketing functions
