Enabled customer implementation of Microsoft Defender EDR/AV and Azure Sentinel. Assisted in remediation of security incidents for customers. Guided in security best practices and controls in setting up secure infrastructure. Scope and resolve issues with onboarding and managing of MDE Defender EDR/AV. Analysed SIEM logs, System logs to detect root cause and help in remediating incidents.

Monitored for security incidents on Wazuh (SIEM). Worked on different AWS Security Services like GuardDuty, CloudTrail, SecurityHub, etc. Worked on vulnerability assessment by conducting Tenable scans on AWS EC2 Instances. Conducted CSPM scans on AWS accounts and remediated the findings. Worked on analysing permission usage of IAM principals and forming least privileged IAM policies.

Worked on Cisco Routers and Switches. Configured IPsec, SNMP, DHCP, ACL configuration on branch end router. Troubleshooting LAN, WAN, Switches and other hardware. Analysed and created report of metrics over period of time.

Perform Monitoring and troubleshooting WAN/LAN Network Related Issues of Dedicated Internet Leased Line (ILL) customers. Resolving the bandwidth issues of Corporate Companies and providing bandwidth management for internet leased line clients, providing Level 1 technical support to resolve their day-to-day network issues.
