-Research, develop, and generate innovative products that meet brand strategy, exceed sales goals, and support immediate and long-term product pipeline to maximize business opportunities.-Analyze brand performance, portfolio gaps, brand competitiveness, and product trends in the global marketplace to develop opportunities, and strategies based on research and analysis.-Work globally with the cross-functional team in: Marketing, Packaging, Creative, Legal, R&D, and Sales aiding in each step of the development process. -Evaluate all products submissions on standard quality procedures. Communicate desired textural, taste, fragrance, color and performance modifications until final formula approval. -Develop and write detailed product profiles detailing proposition, direction, technology, ingredient, and the aesthetic component benefits of each product launch. -Initiate, track, evaluate, and report on consumer research that vets brand strategy.-Support and educate sales team and brand partners on new products to expand brand growth at retail.-Collaborate with internal and external teams to implement appropriate product launch and activities. -Create and generate unique content through social media to build the brand voice, and credibility in the market.-Manage brand events to build consumer relations and expand social footprint.-Develop makeup design direction and oversee photoshoots for global brand assets.-Cultivate lasting relationships as the face of the brand to Press and Retail Partners to share the story behind the product innovation.
