Management of the stock and maintenance team (4 people). I worked to set up, maintain and improve the store processes and areas on operational subjects such as stock, safety & security, internal control rules, planning, cash desk management, audits (stock and financial) and floor management.Stock :- Launch of the RFID counting system: training for teams / day-to-day monitoring and maintenance.- Inventory discrepancies divided by 3 in value (implementation of daily moments by the stock team, best practices, lean in stocks, addition of sales staff in inventories to raise awareness, training).- Complete reorganisation of all areas of the shop so that they are optimised for stock and new requirements.- Responsible for in-store tax inventories.Security:- Rethinking spaces via structural changes, projects and light work (Vuitton internal audit index up from 82% to 96% in workplace safety).- Introduction of a safety booklet (evacuation procedure, in-store emergency procedures, list of emergency contacts, etc.).- Organisation of external first-aid and fire-fighting training for 10 people.- Responsible for organising a fire evacuation for the store.Internal control:- Ensuring that the rules are properly applied in store.- Reminder of best practices, action plan to improve internal operations/correction of all situations that have been outstanding for several months.- Responsible for cash management in shop. Training people at the checkout as well as in the store daily financial opening/closing.Floor management:- Analysis of the number of shop entrances over 6 years to adapt schedules and predict FTE requirements.- Floor Manager: 3x / week. Managing customer disputes, assisting customer advisors with sales, managing the till.

The tool is linked to performance indicators and a weekly monitoring for the flows manager.The other goal of the tool is to communicate with SAP, by writing various informations automatically. The tool is now the unique way to read and write information instead of using 4 others before.Further work using Lean Management technics to manage the working place in new zones.
