Utilized tools to proactively take care of server, network alerts before they became issues. Congifured, upgraded and maintained ESX hosts, Windows Server platforms, software packages and minor work on firewalls/switches. Placed at a large multinational cruise line company to speed along migration from On-Prem Exchange to O365. SSCM admin pushing software packages including updates and new installs of Office 2016 to multiple locations around the globe. O365/Windows integration of offices in Miami, Phoenix, Shanghai, UK, and Germany.

Part of the Remote Monitoring (RMon) responsible for validating, remediation, and escalating remote monitoring national alerts.

Monitored alerts for the South Florida region. Worked on projects and tasks escalated from the remote support team. Team lead on implementing McAfee Email spam filtering for exchange clients as well as Zscaler internet Virus & Spam filtering.

Started out on the remote help desk, taking calls fixing issues remotely.
