Handle contracts, costing breakdowns, prices, delivery schedules, forecasts, liabilities, penalties, vendor capacity reservation. Manage style information and tracked yarn, color, fabric, garment, embellishment, accessory, packing approvals. Also, supervise accomplishing of sample requirements, pattern corrections, pattern diagrams, construction details, detailed sheets by Sample Room and Production at vendor mill. Partnered with design, sourcing, technical design, graphics departments to develop mock-ups, proto, photo, salesmen, pre-production, and production samples.
