I spent 6 months working for Auchan in Lisbon as an assistant project manager as part of the development of their circular economy roadmap.My mission was to carry out the Renting project, the aim of which was to launch a proof of concept for this new activity within 6 months.I built the business model based on the orientations of their new vision 2022-2032. (National and international benchmarks, strategy analysis promoting sustainable initiatives).I also defined a customer target and proposed a multi-channel customer journey.Finally, I finalized my internship by preparing a layout book for the stores, and by working with the project manager to produce the first proof of concept for product rental in an Auchan store.

As a sales person, and accompanied by the manager of the "Water Sports" section, I took part in the development of the product range as well as the reinforcement of the turnover of the department. This allowed me to understand and subsequently implement relevant sales strategies to increase sales. Furthermore, I was in charge of the development of B2B sales. In charge of commercial relations, the part of professional orders was entrusted to me.

The BBA EDHEC Sailing Association is composed of 35 motivated, optimistic and entrepreneurial students. Our main objective is to participate in the EDHEC Sailing Race which is the first student sports event in Europe. It brings together no less than 3,000 students and some 10,000 visitors to the village each year. During my position as President of the BBA EDHEC Sailing Association for one year. I was in charge of the internal management of a team of 35 people, the organization of regattas, decision making, and the management of links with the administration, our service providers and our partners. Having been in charge of raising more than 50 000€ also taught me rigor and control of financial accounts. Thanks to this experience, I developed my sense of organization, my ability to work in a team and my capacity to adapt.
