My name is Palaskos Achilleas, and I come from Thessaloniki, Greece. In 2021, I graduated with distinction from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (5-year degree) at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh), specializing in Telecommunications and with an in-depth exploration of Electromagnetic (E/M) fields and E/M wave propagation principles. After completing my studies, I worked as an external collaborator (research assistant) at the Energy Sector laboratory of the same university for industrial projects, focusing on the development and deployment of Neural Networks for Medium Voltage consumer forecasting. At the same time, I earned in 2024 my Master's degree from the Department of Informatics at AUTh, specializing in Artificial Intelligence, with top honors and a full scholarship from the Onassis Foundation. Since September 2024, I have been working at Aegean Solutions S.A. in the field of Machine Learning, specializing in Natural Language Processing, Conversational and Generative AI. Specifically, my work involves the development, deployment, and maintenance of chatbots. My research interests include Machine Learning, Reinforcement Learning, and Deep Learning, and their applications in Natural Language Processing, Time Series, and Computer Vision through the study, development and use of Deep Neural Networks and Large Language Models (LLMs). Additionally, my interests extend to Mathematics and Python programming.
