CitySuites, Operations Support Manager, Feb 2016 – June 2017- Utilised a competitive tender process to ensure not only the quality of all third party contracts but also achieving budget surplus- Solely responsible for creating and implementing the brand’s operational manual inclusive of H&S compliance- Managed the procurement of the in-room operational items whilst achieving a 30% saving on budget- Creating & Monitoring the Mobilisation & Operational budget for the company- Created & implemented the brands customer journey The Laundrette, Project Manager, Jun 2016 – June 2017 -Successfully co-ordinated the implementation of the JV partnership between The Laundrette restaurant & Select Property-Project managed the successful launch of the JV’s first restaurant at First Street in Manchester-Project managed the installation of Laundrette branded breakfast bar units into 8 Vita Student locations Vita Student, Operations Support Manager, Oct 2014 – Feb 2016-Conducted an internal review of all costs and implemented a host of changes which lead to a saving of over £250k for the business-Project co-ordinator for the implementation of the company’s standardised operational system & third party contactracts across 9 sites in 6 different locations-Developed and implemented the brands customer excellence programme-Introduced & lead the execution of key company projects including:a) Increasing student numbers in Greek-speaking countries by 50% YOYb) The set-up and execution of the brands move in & out processes nationwide Vita Student, Research Executive, Jun 2013 – Oct 2014-Identifying, accumulating and presenting data from over 25 cities around the world, with the main aim of identifying future locations for the brand-Collated this information into a City Matrix highlighting which cities to priorities in order & the quantity of beds the brand could put in that city.
