I had thought about becoming a chef, but then I found myself in the middle of the information age and started seeking for knowledge by asking basic questions about the ethical and moral aspects of technology evolution and its impact on business and the society in general.Besides MSc degrees in Computer Sciences and in IT Management, I have more than 25 years of international and multicultural experience from the field leading successful sales teams across countries. I have ample knowledge of standard IT management and control frameworks with special focus on personalized human motivation, team building, and innovation management. I worked for several international companies in the past like IBM and Sun Microsystems. I also have experience of working with scale-up organisations, until recently I was the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Talk-a-Bot. Apart from being an ITIL Expert I am also a Subject Matter Expert of solution sales and cross industry specializations. As an Academic person I am a Senior Adjunct lecturer of Digital Transformation, e-Leadership and Sales & Negotiations courses at the various MS and EMBA programs of Central European University. On top of this, I am a visiting lecturer at the Executive MBA program in Warsaw University of Technology Business School. I have been awarded twice as the best teacher in both universities. Earlier I was the Program Director of MS in Technology Management & Innovation, the Industrial Director of MSc in Business Analytics and a member of the CEU Innovations-Lab Management Board at the Department of Economics and Business at Central European University.In my spare time, if there is any, I still enjoy cooking…
