After gaining valuable experience as a Quality Analyst at TCS from 2014 to 2016, I discovered my true passion lay in experiential learning and engaging team dynamics. Transitioning to FocusU as a Facilitator, I spent over 6 years crafting innovative team-building sessions and dynamic activities. My journey has evolved to include product development focused on creating engaging, experiential learning-based solutions that infuse fun into the learning process. As a freelance facilitator today, I continue to leverage my expertise to empower teams through impactful, enjoyable experiences.
