Hi, and thanks for dropping by. I’m Achim and I love to work close to the intersection of sales, technology and consulting. At Netlight, I’ve found a professional home where I can combine these domains and at the same time live up to my core values of authenticity, fallibility and playfulness.From a skills perspective, within nine years, I’ve progressed from being „a simple sales guy“ towards becoming a leader in areas related to sales, business- and service development. Over the years I was involved in establishing some of the largest clients we have in Germany, ranging from start-ups to scale-ups and DAX companies. I love to role up my sleeves for very hands-on sales, while I can quickly change hats and focus on more leadership and strategic planning aspects of sales. I enjoy developing go-to-market strategies, as much as I feel comfortable communicating on C-level. Mostly, however, I’m fascinated by how human relationships work. My talents are best utilised in stages of novelty & uncertainty, and I love to be challenged in any kind of way.What currently fuels my engine most are thoughts around sales leadership (i.e. how to build high-performant sales teams), sales pipeline forecasting (i.e. how to use data to predict our sales funnel) and service development (i.e. how can we develop our service portfolio further).Next to my professional endeavours, I'm always on the hunt for a city's best Bolognese or Pain au Chocolat - hit me up when you found it!
