I led the application process to incorporate greenfield universities under various state government private universities regulations. Led due diligence process and received letter of intent from the states of Goa, Rajasthan, Karnataka, and Madhya Pradesh. Led delivery of the Institutional Capacity Building in Civil Aviation Sector, a capacity-building project for the Indian aviation sector that received a €1.86 million grant from the EU.

Represented UPES at higher education events organised by government bodies and trade associations, with an objective to form active partnerships with international universities. Created alliance between UPES and 12 international universities across the US, Canada, and Europe in the areas of student exchange, faculty exchange, and joint research. Established the Energy Sector Skill Council (SSC) under license and funding from the National Skill Development Corporation.
