It has sales and marketing offices in several locations around the world.Primary responsibilities and duties carried out• Identifying test scenarios.• Design and execute test cases, test plans, scenarios, scripts and procedures.• Perform various types of testing such as software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, functionality, usability, user interface, etc.• Carried out test data for positive and negative test scenarios for functional testing.• Ensures traceability of test cases to requirements.• Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing.• Document software defects in Excel Sheets and Azure DevOps platform, and report defects to software developers.• Retest fixed defects of previous build.• Record test progress and results.• Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience.• Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction• Provide recommendation and release note.• Monitor program performance to ensure efficient and defect-free operations.• Collaborate with the development team to ensure consistent project execution.• Participating in Scrum meetings and Retrospective meetings with development team.Gained experience in below automation tools,• Selenium• Katalon StudioProjects worked on• Smart Drive (Web application)• Botanibear (Ecommerce Website)• Borough Market (Landing Page)
