CurrentGlobal head of the Apps and Engineering services vertical within Everest Group's Pricing and solutions analytics team. My day to day job includes leading complex projects, servicing large strategic clients,building new and enhance existing client relationships, leading a team of 20+ consultants, envisioning new capabilities for the firm, and lead strategic growth initiatives. My team and I support our client as follows:1. Help buyers on commercial de-risking including identifying gaps in their existing RFX templates, evaluate supplier proposal solution and pricing, contractual gaps, commercial models fitment, and post-signature delivery outcomes 2. Develop solution sizing tools to advise on latest effort and delivery benchmarks that impact overall deal pricing3. Help clients understand the total economic impact by different pricing postures and negotiation tactics4. Help develop strategy around work placement, in-house vs outsourced decision matrices, pricing monetization strategies, GCC vs pure-play outsourced operations, etc.5. Develop pricing monetization strategies for services and platforms across multiple areas6. Help buyers move to different commercial models based on fitment, objectives, and maturity of the scope7. Help in evaluating market landscape including market size, competition, market trends and resulting commercial implications for services and platforms
