Acted as the Lead to a small (2-3) Software Engineers team, translated operational and business needs to requirements and designed and implemented PvPRO from concept phase.PvPRO is a fully automated platform, offering Tournaments, Games and Solo Queue Challenges for League of Legends to over 35,000 registered users across EUNE, NA and EUW regions.

- Lead Architect and Technical Lead for Velti Inspire, Velti’s Loyalty Platform. - Planning & monitoring Inspire product releases development.- Supervised up to 4 software development teams consisting of 3-6 team members each, which used Velti Inspire to deliver solutions in the areas of Telco Customer Value Management (CVM), Retention Loyalty programs, Mobile marketing campaigns and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).

- Lead Architect and Technical Team Lead for a range of Loyalty and Permission Based Marketing Programs globally for operators such as Vodafone UK, Vodafone PT, Vodafone CZ, Orange Spain, T-Mobile Netherlands, Orange Romania and DU UAE.- Supervised the work of 5 team members, offering constructive feedback on their work performance.
