- Create FFB Price formula before selling FFB to Outside Mill.- Create FFB Price formula before purchased FFB from Outside Mill/Estate.- Reviewing, checking and verifying sales & purchases contracts of FFB and its other documents to ensure are valid and correct. - Sales PK Shell and Sludge Oil through tender mechanisme for physical local market.- Ensuring of all sales is correctly and timely recorded into the system.- Making sales realization report to Accounting and Finance Department.- Monitoring collection of FFB, Sludge oil and PK Shell.- Create Invoice and Faktur Pajak (Tax Documents) for selling CPO, PK, FFB, Sludge Oil and PK Shell.- Responsible for full documentation and approval of sales contracts and its documentations such as invoices and tax documents (Faktur Pajak). - Ensuring of all contracted sales is collected or dispacthed within the contractual period/month.

-Monitoring all Incoming payment for 25 PT's especially for sales payment.- Update incoming payment from sales to Marketing Dept daily.- Verification all incoming payment before put into SAPsystem- Put all incoming from sales to SAP System.- Create and Monitoring Aging Report (Account Receivable from sales) weekly.- Create all Banking Administration and Documents such as specimens, bilyet deposits, placements and disbursement of deposits.- Verification all incoming payment from disbursement of deposits.before put into SAPsystem- Put all outgoing and incoming payment from placements of deposits, disbursement of deposits and deposit interest to SAP System.- Create payment from Internet Banking- Account Receivable Monitoring.- Ensuring of all transaction is correctly and timely recorded into the system.
