In my current position I have been assigned as Process Improvement and data analyst, Created a lot of automation tools in order to cut the process time, automation for tabulation output, SPSS, Reflect, also Dashboard For client using Macro visual basic, Python, C#, And also JavaScript Program, Currently I created Dashboard automation for Djarum Client which is basically We need 1 until 2 months if we do manually with my program it just take 3 days to finished the dashboard, and for that my company has given me special awards as Digital Categories and also I have been assigned to handle DS Support Tools to cut many process in Data Processing team

I have learned a lot from my senior staff concerning the tabulation process, various deliverables output such as reformatting data testing the EQ software (software that commonly used for customer satisfaction study) and finalizing the data that would be delivered to Client Service Team,and also I have learned about MRDCL,QPS Reflect and some Nielsen in house software (Advisor,Ez Quest,Ez Weight,EQ Processor), and I have been assigned to do the job which is the big client in this company (PMI, Djarum, Gudang Garam etc).

after get the cleaning concept, I tried to encourage myself to take higher role that has bigger impact for the project as a spec writer I had to create a cleaning spec based on questionnaire logic that would be used by cleaning staff to clean the data, in order to finish the task I should mastered in QPS Command Language, I had to know every single syntax in QPS CL that would make my cleaning spec much more efficient and effective and at the end cleaning team could finish their task faster and more organized. And also I made cleaning spec using QPSMR

as Cleaning team I had responsibilities to cleaning the data that already punched by the puncher, communicate with fieldwork dept. for fixing some inconsistent data in questionnaire

as Coder staff my responsibilities was making listing for others specify and open ended question and creating control sheet report, in order to help the data entry to punch the data

as Data Entry my responsibilities was input data from hardcopy questionnaire into the system by using EzCade and QPSQD (black screen)
