Main R&R :• Manage development for new product• Design hardware circuit for power system in video product• Drawing schematic and PCB design using System & Board design software• Ensuring reliability and quality verification : Safety standard, EMC/EMI test, LSS (Light Surge Simulator), ESD (Electrostatic Discharge), Impulse Noise test, Voltage Dip Up and various quality test• Co-working with Headquarter R&D Engineer for Audio Video new model development in LG Electronics South Korea• Organizing and coordinating project member in internal R&D team (Mechanical, Software, Accessories and Management) as well as related department (Planning, Material, Quality Assurance, Industrial Engineer and Production department) to preparing process development and Mass Production to meet project schedule and target.• Controlling process plan both in supplier/vendor and final assembly line, product workability review, process optimizing and inspection mapping.• Manage and control new model data management: GERP, PR (Product Requirement), Product Specification, Bill of Material (BOM) and Engineering Change.• Troubleshoot and countermeasure in circuit hardware problem• Customer claim support
