Job and Responsible:• Compliance and commit towards OHS program & regulations.• Perform condition monitoring program of rotating equipment, including steam turbine, gas turbine, electrical motor, centrifugal pump, vertical pump, centrifugal compressor, screw compressor, reciprocating compressor, blower, fan, mixer/agitator, gearbox and rotary valve.• Evaluate the performance of rotating equipment based on vibration trending, oil analysis, thermography, visual inspection, and operating parameter & conditions.• Perform vibration and fault analysis to propose the right & effective recommendation for correction, repair, improvement or modification.• Perform inspection and witness on overhaul activity of steam turbine, gas turbine, electrical motor, centrifugal pump, vertical pump, centrifugal compressor, screw compressor, reciprocating compressor, blower, fan, mixer/agitator, gearbox and rotary valve.• Perform inspection and witness on maintenance activity (CI/HGPI/MI) of CTG (GENP-MS5001PA).• Perform inspection and witness of external services (recondition of turbine/compressor rotor, part recondition, balancing rotor, fabrication, repair, and modification) at external workshop to ensure that all requirements, specification, standards & codes are compliant and implemented.• Perform troubleshooting of rotating equipment after tripped, or abnormality issue.• Perform mechanical running test of rotating equipment after maintenance activity or new equipment installation.• Propose scope of work and quality plan (ITP) for rotating equipment overhaul activity and external services to Superior and related department.• Provide recommendation report, machinery condition summary report, and reporting to Superior and related department.• Manage inspection documentation, data base, and equipment history for good & easy traceability.

Job & Responsible:• Compliance and commit towards Occupational Health and Safety program & regulations.• Carry out the procurement process of goods and services by the tender method, direct selection or direct purchase (cash & carry).• Carry out the improvement for the procurement process of goods and services, to achieve the results of “on time, on budget, on specification, on regulation”.• Collect data (goods, prices, supplier/vendor, market, SAP system) and analyze these data for the procurement process.• Create Bidder List, which is a list of supplier of goods and services that meet the qualification and classification requirements to be invited to participate in the tender process.• Create Owner Estimate (OE) for goods & services, including taxes calculation of Price Build Up (PBU) for imported goods.• Provide procurement and tender documents (RFQ, Aanwijzing Minutes, etc.)• Evaluate the quotation/bid documents, and create Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE).• Create Purchase Order (PO).• Manage & file all original procurement documents, original bid documents and original PO documents for easy traceability.• Provide the justification and explanation required in the procurement process during the Internal Audit program.
