- Assist our sales organization by leading Technical Demos and Proof of Concept/Value experiences during pre-sales approaches, helping to illustrate what Twingate can do for a variety of prospects, from smaller "self-serve" organizations to larger mid-level and enterprise opportunities.- During both pre and post sales periods, lead our customers in the proper design and implementation of Twingate within their architecture in the most efficient way possible to accomplish their zero trust remote access goals, ensuring compliance with any relevant standards and adhering to industry best practices.- Communicate with customers for support and issues through email, shared Slack channels, a ticketing system and public forums.- Update our documentation and public facing knowledge base when necessary, to outline particular solutions and sticking points, as well as keeping content current to the state of the application.- Help maintain and expand the capabilities of our open-source Python CLI tool, and assist users with the utilization for automating Twingate related tasks.- Act as an in-person representative for Twingate at show related booths and customer events.- Work with our product team to identify potential gaps in our feature set, either through customer discussion or industry comparisons.- Work with our onboarding team to assist new customers through their first few weeks with Twingate and getting started.- Work with our front end and marketing teams to record in-product and external instructional videos around Twingate concepts and sticking points.- Act as an internal advocate for product changes and company concerns.

Technical Support for the Twingate product suite including:- Standard break/fix troubleshooting- Working with customers and software vendors to enhance compatibility with our products- Monitoring our public forum for support issues and responding as necessary- Communicating issues and feature requests that arise out of troubleshooting to our Engineering and Product teams- All while maintaining a terrific rapport with our customers.
