Promet project: Promotion of entrepreneurship (political partner MEF - TAMWILKOM) Consulting and technical support: Coordination with project collaborators in the drafting of terms of reference relating to several digital products, technological and budgetary advice in relation to the platforms to be developed /improve/animate, Sensitization of the project team to the Scrum methodology, implementation of a system linking the Scrum to the GIZ cooperation methodologies, participation in the design and development of the operational plan of the PROMET project. Management: Implementation of the Project's digital team, Creation of a service offer adapted to the needs of employees and political partners, Implementation of a training plan to strengthen the digital capacities of the project team , inventory of digital products inherited from the TAMIII project and development of technical recommendations, Drafting of a vision and a roadmap for the structuring of the digitalization activities of the Promet project, design and development of a digital monitoring-evaluation tool to automate the monitoring of project indicators.
