As a project officer for innovation at Enabel, the Belgian development agency, I leverage my passion and expertise in innovation and digital solutions to strengthen the capacities of our partners in Morocco and foster a culture of innovation. With a master's degree in digital production and immersion and a Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate, I have more than six years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing digital and innovation projects in various sectors and contexts. My current role involves identifying and customizing training needs in innovation, organizing events to promote best practices and collaboration, and collaborating closely with the Ministry of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform. I also provide technical and strategical advice and support to the innovation cercle of Enabel. I am motivated by the challenge of creating impactful and innovative solutions that address the needs and aspirations of our beneficiaries and stakeholders.
