-Manage and oversee development of design from vision boards to drawings for interior architectural details and furniture. -Manage designers in coordinating project deliverables through to installation timelines. -Oversee collaboration as main point of contact for contractors, vendors, and consultants. -Prepare project budgets, forecast financial performance, and manage profit and loss accounts. -Develop new client relationships within the industry to create project opportunities. -Participates in selected marketing and business development opportunities. -Oversee the procurement process, including tendering, supplier negotiation, and ordering of materials. -Monitor, evaluate and develop all aspects of business.

-Manages team members and monitors the project is moving forward on schedule and within budget.-Works closely with the design team from planning to concept, material & furniture selection and interior architectural design detail documentation to ensure design is cohesive and in keeping with client brief.-Evaluates design development in all phases of the project and ensures accuracy of work prior to final submissions.-Work directly with or in place of the principal on all design projects to steward the design and deadlines through to completion.-Develop strategic plans to determine project timelines and cost. Meet with client and operator to determine specific brand requirements.-Controls daily communication from client, operator and contractor and disseminates critical information to the team for specific on-going project updates. Attends site progress and client meetings on the different phases of the project all through completion.-Assists marketing department in development of marketing campaigns, materials, and overall proposal preparation.-Development of financial plans including budgeting and forecasting for the short and long term.-Oversee the procurement process, including tendering, supplier negotiation, and ordering of materials.

-Lead and manage interior design projects from initial concept through to final execution, maintaining a high standard of quality and adherence to project timelines.-Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for successful, profitable results. -Develop, update and manage client-specific budget.-Collaborate seamlessly with clients, as well as other designers, architects, contractors, fabricators, artisans, and developers on multiple projects.-Lead and oversee all aspects of the interior design studio to ensure successful growth, ensure financial goals are met and outstanding projects outcomes.-Negotiate contracts with suppliers and contractors to ensure favorable terms for the company.

- Oversee all phases of design, with a particular focus on concept design, programming, and design development.- Support with FF&E and material selection/ specifications.- Participle in client and consultant meetings and presentations.- Assist in the development of client relationships, both new and existing.- Support with team mentoring and development, providing guidance in an encouraging and collaborative way.- Assist on project design schedules and budgets.- Oversee the procurement of all loose furniture, decorative lighting, art accessories for a project and coordinate the delivery and installation.

-Develop and prepare detailed interior detailing documents, specifications, and schedules. -Collaborate with principal, clients, contractors, and team members to ensure cohesive and effective project delivery.-Responsible for material sourcing and specification, custom furniture design, visual research, furniture sourcing, graphic and visual presentations, in addition to maintaining budgets and project timelines.-Creating project documentation including the submission of a full drawing set, specification writing, schedules. -Manage the interior design resource library and maintain vendor contacts for interior furnishings, fixtures and finishes.

-Prepare on-brand design presentations and communicate design concepts, space planning and product selections.-Research, analysis, coordinate and prepare all contract documents including: design presentations, concept boards, renderings, floorplans and elevations, specifications and drawings.-Developed relationships with clients, vendors, architects and other project team members.-Assists with review of FF&E and GC submittals (specifically, FF&E shop drawings, millwork shop drawings, architectural finishes, lighting submittals, plumbing submittals, etc.).
