• Program and support SMT line (laser marking, printing, SPI, Pick&Place, Reflow, AOI, ...)• Define and improve manufacturing processes to achieve quality objectives.• Define, qualify, and implement production equipment and tools, consumables and processes relating to manufacturing processes.• Works with the quality engineer to minimize defects and maximize yields of lines; Utilize Built in Quality processes to ensure product quality; Develop and implement error proofing processes where applicable. Develop and maintain process controls (via FMEA etc.). • Integrate new manufacturing processes into production.• Expertise in “Design for Manufacturing” techniques• Qualify and validate new incoming processes and equipment.• Participate in the selection of suppliers.• Train the production and operational maintenance team to understand and apply the processes.• Redaction of process sheets, operating modes.• Train workshop staff in the use of the processes.• Solve the problems, incidents or malfunctions related to the process.• Ensure transversal "Inter-site" homogeneity for the implementation of the defined processes.• Ensure a technological watch and propose new products to improve competitiveness.• Provide expertise for the quotation and starting phases of new products or modification of existing products.• Set up periodic monitoring audits of the manufacturing process.• Ensure continuous improvement of process problems in production through action plans.

• Focused on the implementation of continuous improvement for optimal operation of the SMT lines.• Giving support to the SMT lines, pick and place machines, AOI, printers paste, reflow ovens, paste inspection, conformal coating dispenser.2• Provide solutions on failures and equipment maintenance, as well as program updates and documentation.• Settings of different platforms SMT machines (DEK, ASM-Siplace, Hitachi, Essemtec, Nordson Assymtek, Sanyo,JUKI, ,Cyberoptics,Parmi,.. ) as well as creating programs in all these platforms, including printers paste, AOI,SPI,conformal coating dispenser,reflow.• Optimization and balancing of lines for improved cycle times.• Creating common setups for the optimization of change-over.• Analysis for implementation of new products as well as acquisition of tooling required for future investments.• Saving and storing the programs, documentation and other changes according with the necessities to keep updated all the information for a future audit.• Give preventive and corrective maintenance of SMT equipment to keep the equipment in the best status possible.
