As Sales Manager at Serafini, I have the privilege of traveling around the world to present the company and follow up with our established clients, as well as to develop strategic collaborations with international designers, interior design studios, architecture firms, and galleries.My experiences at Serafini include participating in the Surface Design Show 2024 in London, Fuorisalone Milano 2024, and Edit Napoli 2024, significant events in the design sector that allowed me to expand my network of contacts, strengthen existing business relationships, and initiate collaborations with industry professionals.Additionally, I undertook two car trips to Austria, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Switzerland to present the company to potential clients and visit our existing clients, establishing new connections.Thanks to my passion for the sector, and ability to build trusting relationships, I am committed to promoting the Serafini brand globally, ensuring customer satisfaction in every business interaction, and cultivating fruitful collaborations with prominent professionals and entities in the world of design and architecture.Moreover, I closely follow the sales process with our clients from the selection of materials, through production, to the shipment of their creations, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience.
