As the Chicago and Midwest Regional Organizer, I coordinate the A Just Chi program and support organizations across the Midwest on building power in Asian American communities.

Greater Chicago Area

- Mobilized community leaders for lobby days, community meetings, and public education events. Created effective materials (such as flyers, banners, newsletters, social media posts) to aid in outreach- Managed A Just Chi, a leadership and political engagement program for community leaders and volunteers. Consistently grew membership through recruitment and retention of members- Educated community members to support local and state level policy campaigns- Facilitated I Speak Power English language and leadership workshop curriculum for immigrant women

• Served as the on-the-ground logistics staff lead for the West Regional Power Shift Convergence, a youth-led, climate-justice conference• Arranged travel grants and transportation for nearly 100 recipients• Worked closely with student organizers on food, transportation, housing, and other logistics

Campus tour guide• Gave 125 walking tours of Ohio State campus to various groups, such as high school students, transfer students and special groups• Preparing model rooms in residence halls for show, preparing campus materials for visitors
