Digital Strategy Implementation, Large Saudi Arabian Chemicals Joint Venture – Developed and implemented a digital transformation strategy for a chemicals joint venture in Saudi Arabia. Set up an external digital media presence through a public website, social media channels and a brand monitoring tool. Implemented internal digital tools, including a company intranet, an internal social media platform and collaboration sites. Operationalized a modified IT operating and governance model to manage and support the new services. IT Divestiture, Large Energy Company – Drove the planning and execution for the divestiture of various downstream assets, including two large refineries, five terminals and a pipelines system. Coordinated with both buyer and seller parties to transition over 200 applications with minimal disruption to business operations.Wireless Strategy Business Case, Large Real Estate Company – Developed a business case and a supporting financial model for a fiber-based wireless internet initiative. Analyzed the company’s commercial and residential real estate portfolio against wireless infrastructure technologies. Post-Merger Integration, Regional Bank – Managed and executed the plan to integrate two regional banks. Developed an automated process to record task completions and communicate progress to stakeholders. Infrastructure Transformation, Large Insurer – Evaluated the standard IT infrastructure software and hardware products used across the business units for a large global insurer. Developed a simplified framework to reduce redundant and outdated products. SOA Operating Model, Large Financial Services Company – Operationalized a SOA operating model for the client’s Enterprise Architecture organization. Implemented a service registry and a service request tool.

I was a primary resource for the post-go-live phase of the company's implementation of Oracle CRM OnDemand. My responsibilities included: managing support and change control processes, creating dashboard reports, configuring the application and developing workflows for future fixes/enhancements.

I was heavily involved with the project management group responsible for overseeing the company's largest enterprise application projects. This included an Oracle On Demand CRM implementation and a year-long evaluation of the company's next-generation ERP system. I also devoted much of my time to deploying and managing SharePoint projects, ensuring business requirements were accurately met on-time and within budget.
