• Responsible for managing and coordinating with the Maintenance team & AMC Contractors forPreventive & Corrective Maintenance of Stations, Depot Buildings, Viaduct & Footbridges of DubaiTram.• Development and implementation of Maintenance Plan Table based on O&M Manuals, Network RailStandards & best industrial practices, in co-ordination with Client, Main Contractors and Subcontractors.• Prepare and present business cases to senior management and clients with optimal financial analysis and total life cycle calculations, including estimates for variable works. • Work with other managers, project engineers and discipline leads to develop schedules and plans for the various elements of a project.• Maintain accurate and comprehensive registers regarding maintenance works and section events, supervise fixed assets database and information management, related maintenance program and prepares reports for the client/management as required.• Planning the works along with the preparation of necessary PTW’s as required by Clients/Operators along with the submission of Method Statements, Risk Assessments, NOC’s & other required documents. Getting approvals and necessary NOC’s from concerned departments and authorities for the required maintenance works.• Manage vendor relationships – identifying the unique requirements and ensure the plan addresses them and establish relevant SLAs followed by execution and supervision of work/projects including, review work requirements, and ensure the compliance with Client’s QHSE requirements, site inspections and maintenance contractor evaluation. Inviting, coordinating and negotiating with contractors for the facility services.• Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations, anticipate customers’/clients’ needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations that meet their requirements.• Manage & update the status of defects in the RIMMS and the interface/integration between Maximo and RIMMS.

• Carryout the studies for major modification/repairs, survey, collect information; photographs etc. and provide detailed report with preliminary cost estimate.• Applying necessary NOC’s with the concerned departments according to the requirements.• Prioritize maintenance works based on nature of defect, importance and safety.• Ensure project performance in accordance with project management as well as health safety standards.• Contribute to projects with major focus on oversight as well as management of project tasks including fundamental engineering calculations, data collection plus processing with analysis interpretation of engineering data.• Observe, check and record works execution is in accordance with approved methods.• Preparation of Joint Measurement Sheets and conduct Joint Inspections with the Client once the works are completed.• Supervise the development and upgrade of the Bridge Maintenance Management System, including the implementation of the software.• Develop standard procedures for inspection, with the ability to rate the different kind of defects and analysis the reasons behind each kind of defect using professional engineering judgment reaching to determine the risks associated.• Ensure achievement of the quality objectives as set forth in the RTA and the department quality plan.• Follow up the daily work program of Sub contractors, carefully examine and evaluate the reports, assess the type of fault/defect and work.• Maintain accurate, up-to-date information and availability trends through current networking.• Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning structures maintenance-related data.• Attend the site meeting for the handing over inspection of the new projects with consultants, main contractors and authorities then prepare the snag list and forward it to the Client office after getting the approval from Project Manager, for further necessary action.
