During my role of Senior Manager FP&A at EFS, I lead the commercial function for the FM Consulting at EFS. Moreover, I serve as the Finance Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the implementation of new software systems in Procurement, Travel, HR, Finance, and Inventory Management at EFS. My responsibilities extend from managing the procurement tendering process to overseeing the successful implementation of solutions, with a dedicated focus on continuous learning and improvement.

During my time at NEOM I oversaw commercial management with a focus on ensuring efficient contract performance management and review, as well as handling monthly financial reporting and tender management for sourcing requests. I played a crucial role in the preparation of rolling forecasts and annual budgets, contributing to the overall financial planning of the organization.I actively contributed to the broader business by managing budgets, drafting reports for the executive committee, and developing Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards for periodic data reporting. At AMEX Asset Management I was responsible for preparing Monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports and overseeing project accounting for facilities management contracts across all properties of DAMAC Properties in the UAE.I took the lead in implementing Microsoft Dynamics, spearheading a project that included the customization of dashboard reporting tailored for senior management. This initiative aimed at enhancing data visibility and facilitating informed decision-making within the organization.
