Providing outreach to increase awareness about Paraquad and the programs and services we offer to people with disabilities.Coordinate Paraquad's Speakers Bureau.Provide coordination and logistics for fundraising and friendraising events.Coordinate Paraquad's volunteer groups.Assist in producing marketing materials for Paraquad programs and services.

Assist customers with selecting floral and gift items including fresh products and specialty gifts.Assist designers with floral arrangements and and creative merchandise displays.

Provided information and referral services for people living with MS across 90 counties in Missouri & Illinois. Served as the liaison for the Chapter with the National Information and Referral Center in Denver. Utilized hundreds of hours of volunteer time to assist in collecting and entering data for I&R. Participated in five of the Chapter's annual Legislative Action days where I met with elected officials to advocate for people with MS.Provided programs for people newly diagnosed, for self advocacy and coordinated the Chapter's financial planning services.

Planed and supervised all services provided by the agency, including seasonal energy-related programs, as well as ongoing counseling and referral services for low-income elderly and disabled individuals. Managed services staff, hiring and assessment; managed staff assignments, database maintenance and scheduling of home visits.Scheduled programs and activities for more than 200 volunteers annually; Supervised volunteers during on- and off-site projects.
