Collected data to demonstrate how benchmarks have been reached in lowering absenteeism and disciplinary referrals. Planned and coordinated the following programs and events in the Wilkinson County school system: Stay in School program kickoff, career days, college tours, teacher industry tours, motivational speaking events, a work ethics program, summer camps, and opened a GO! center

Planned, coordinated, and developed program activities for students for the Georgia Department of Human Services Summer Learning Program. Interpreted and enforced provisions of state educational codes and rules and regulations of the State Board of Education and the Department of Human Services, and completed all DHS reporting requirements. Directed and supervised a staff of 12, and maintained payroll for over 60 employees Received recognition from Georgia State Representative Allen Freeman and other media outlets for work. Program and work was featured in the Georgia After School Report, from the Collaborative Communications Group in Washington D.C., winner of over 8 related grants in 2 years
