My innovative approach to operational management consistently delivered store sales volumes that exceeded the regional average by over 20%. I was honored to be elected by my fellow franchisees to serve as chairman of the board of directors for our market, overseeing the allocation of the advertising budget and contributing to strategic planning.After selling my company, I took the opportunity to travel across all 50 states and explore large portions of Canada and Europe, which broadened my cultural perspective.
