Responsible for driving asset strategy, implementation plans, and analyses that progressed BIIB112 through successful Ph2 development

The goal of the PDC is to support program progress through clinical execution and commercial launch planning. Within my role, working in close partnership with the PDC Lead, I drive asset strategy, implementation plans, analyses and progress for BIIB111 CHM & BIIB112 RPGR

The goal of the External Portfolio Innovation Unit (EPIU) is to expand Biogen's footprint beyond its physical walls via interactions with other companies, academia, non-profits and other for-profits (e.g. venture capital firms). My specific role within the EPIU is to identify and evaluate external opportunities in the therapeutic areas of ophthalmology, pain and new indications for potential incorporation into the Biogen R&D portfolio. I lead and perform scientific due diligences on particular neurotherapeutics, which requires the integration of highly interdisciplinary scientific datasets, financial analyses and strategic business imperatives to make a fully informed decision on acquiring a specific asset for inclusion in the Biogen R&D portfolio.

The second annual Tufts New England Case Competition (TUNECC), featured 20 outstanding teams from 18 top schools from Northeast, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Texas. Participants were challenged with the development of a post M&A Merck-Cubist corporate strategy.
