October 2020 - Present (Washington, D.C.)Prg Mgr for the Systems Convergence and Unification Tools (SCoUT) effort. The SCoUT project, along with the people, processes and technology involved, are designed to move in advance of other modernization efforts to be able to provide information back to the client. The key objectives of the project include:-Inform readiness and adoption considerations for the modernization of the Enterprise Business Systems -Identify capabilities the client needs for performing the effort to modernize their Enterprise Business Systems-Supporting risk reduction across the effort-Support Business Process Reengineering (BPR) through a live environment to inform process owners and demonstrate vendor-recommended best practices and a modernized user experience -Provide feedback on core requirements necessary for implementation without customization.May 2015 - October 2021 (ARMY AMC Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL)Built, sustained and transitioned a remote team of 8 SME's in supporting all aspects of ARMY AMC General Fund Audit Readiness, to include:-Development of Audit Response Key Supporting Documentation Desk Guides and other support documentation, in an effort to prepare the organization to successfully respond to PBC lists and other requests from auditors. -Development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), performance of business process mapping and gap analysis to support standardization and documentation of all of the organization's activities.-Notice of Finding (NFR) and Exception analysis to determine root cause of issues identified by the audit.-Corrective Action Plan (CAP) development and resolution to define a path towards resolving issues identified by the audit.-Support the client during live business process walkthroughs with the auditors.-Develop and deliver training to address specific business processes as well as the steps and skills necessary to provide the auditors with a successful audit sample package.
