Develop and implement comprehensive audit plans, strategies, and methodologies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in the technology park development sector.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and financial stakeholders, to gain a thorough understanding of project operations and identify areas for improvement.Conduct on-site audits, examining project documentation, financial records, and operational procedures to identify control weaknesses, process inefficiencies, and potential areas of risk.Prepare clear and concise audit reports, highlighting findings, recommendations, and action plans for management's review and implementation.Monitoring that the internal controls in place are current.Review of budget and expenditure statements.Preparing monthly audit report for higher management.Conducting various analysis to sort any fraud element.Liaison with Federal Govt. Audit team.Attending Departmental Accounts Committees (DACs) and Public Accounts Committees (PACs).
